The Breitling Premier B01 Wheels And Waves Limited Edition was released on June 13 and features an engraved plate with a Breitling SPECIAL inscription. The engraving is found on the left hand side of the 42mm polished stainless steel case which comes fitted with cambered sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective treatment, a non screw locked crown and a smooth fixed bezel.
Through the sapphire crystal glass case back of the Breitling Premier B01 Wheels And Waves watch, you can witness the beauty of one of Breitling in-house manufacture movements. The incredible Breitling 01 self-winding mechanical calibre is a highly celebrated movement that is chronometer certified to be accurate to -4 to +6 seconds a day. The calibre also comes equipped with a power reserve of 70 hours, 41 jewels and a vibration frequency of 28,800 vph. The case back is also engraved with “ONE OF 500” to mark its status as a limited edition.
The automatic movement equips the stunning anthracite coloured dial with breathtaking golden hour and minute hands and a red central hands alongside beautifully contrasting black chronograph sub-dials for continuous seconds and 30 minutes. The rose gold hands come presented with Superluminova coating with easy legibility in low lighting. The dial also features a black tachymeter scale on a white inner bezel with a red tachymeter subscription and the famous Breitling ‘B’ logo at 12 o clock crafted from rose gold.
The Breitling Premier B01 Wheels And Waves Limited Edition watch is presented on a sophisticated and luxurious brown nubuck leather strap with either a folding buckle or a classic pin buckle. The retail price of the timepiece depends on the buckle that you choose with the folding buckle variation retailing at £6,700 and the pin buckle at £6,530.
